Q:How long have we been in business?
A:We have more than 9 years of experience in the sexual wellness industry. We have a group of staffs who have numerous years working in R&D, production, quality control, manufacturer managements, sale, marketing, artwork design, etc.

Q:What is your mission Statement?
A:We've been aiming at custom manufacturing, OEM/private labeling and ODM of sexual wellness products with high quality meanwhile at an affordable cost. Exceptional customer service throughout the product life cycle, we keep monitoring the latest industry trends, which can let us continue helping our partners develop and build a successful business.

Q:What is private labeling?
A:Private label products are those manufactured by one company for use under another company’s brand.

Q:Why private label?
A:Private label products are often positioned to be lower cost alternatives to regional, national, or international brands. Private labeling allows you to create a brand to best reach your target market at an affordable cost while having various choices on products.

Q:What are your specialties? What products do you make primarily?
A:We have various of products related to male, female and others. Our product catagories includes vibrators, masturbators, wand massagers, dildos, prostate massagers with very high quality. Also we have a team of staffs who specializes in R&D, working for customers on customized projects.

Q:Do you offer private label sex toys and wellness products can sell under my own brand?
A:We have thousands of products available for private labeling. Please just choose what you like. Also, we are always happy to develop new designs based on your requirements and open new molds.

Q:How do I get started?

Q:Is there a deposit required to begin processing my order?
A:We require a 30% deposit upon receiving the official purchasing order and 70% balance before delivery.

Q:What forms of payment and term are accepted?
A:We accept telegraphic transfer. We do EX-work most time meanwhile we can also do FOB or other tems due to your requirement.

Q:What is the minimum run of products you will manufacture? What is your minimum order/batch size?
A:For OEM service, the minimun order quantity would be 500 to 1000 units. For ODM service, the minimun order quantity would be 2000 to 3000 units.

Q:Are there some extra costs in addition to the prices we have received?
A:We won't charge any unnecessary cost such as setup fee or something like this. If the item is customized, there would be mold fees. If you need packages, it would come with the quote of packages from our package vendor. We offer free design service on products, packages and brand images!


Q:What are your R&D capabilities?

A:We have professtional staffs work through CAD on outershape and structure and laboratory professionals handle the tests. We have a team of staffs work with volunteers and collect product feedback. Also our scientists provide new ideas and develop new technologies.

Q:What are your lead times?
A:For OEM projects, leadtime would be 30 to 40 days after the artworks are finished. For ODM sercive, we will ask another 30 to 40 days to open molds.

Q:How can I find out the status of my production run?
A:Your sale reprensentive will work closely with you and update you on the status. As long as there's any further questions, they will answer and process as soon as possible.

Q:Where are your products manufactured?
A:Our ISO9001 certificated facility is located in Zhejiang, China

Q:Do you carry any stock products?
A:We have a huge warehouse stocking thousands of different products and we are continuously adding new products that follows the latest trends.

Q:What products do you manufacture?
A:We have 9 years experieces of manufacturing different kinds of sex toys and adult toys including vibrators, masturbators, prostate massagers, anal toys, wand massagers , dildos, dongs, etc.

Q:Do you batch test?
A:Our factory is ISO9001 certificated. Quality is always what we care most.

Q:What graphic design support do you offer?
A:We offer FREE graphic design on the packages, logos, webstie banners, etc.

Q:How long will my label design take?
A:Please allow us 1 to 2 weeks for the design.

Q:I have artwork created for my label, what formats do you accept?
A:The preferred format is Adobe Illustrator with all fonts converted to outlines and all graphics embedded.

Q:Can you design packaging for me?
A:Of course. And it's free currently.

Q:Do you offer custom package design help and do you manufacture packaging as well?

Q:Do you provide UPC barcodes?
A:Yes. We have current codes for use and also can create new barcodes if needed.

Q:Do you provide sample? Free or charge?
A:We can provide a few free samples and send upon your DHL/FedEx/UPS account. We may charge if a big quantity of sample is required.

Q:What are your certifications?
A:Our products are all CE and RoHS certificated. We can also provide Prop 65, Reach, Red, etc for pertained products with reasonable cost we may charge.

Q:Do you have any international certifications?
A:We offer free CE and RoHs certificates. We can also help with the other certifictas required at the cost from our collaborative laboratory.

Q:Can you ship to destination we require?
A:Yes. We can delivery to your warehoues in China or help ship abroad.

Q:Do you ship internationally?
A:Yes. We can help with the logistic and transportation if you don' t have your own forwarder by sea or air shipment. We can ship basically every destination in the world.

Q:How long will it take to receive my order?
A:It depends on the delivery options. Usually it takes about 15 days to 40 days upon sea shipment and 7 to 20 days upon air shipment based on different destinations.

Q:What kinds of packing material do you use?
A:We pack with tested inner and master cartons or we can change the packing due to your requirement. We can also palletize the cartons which will apply additional fees.

Q:My product was damaged during shipping. Will you replace the product?
A:We suggest to buy insurance before shipment. If there's any unexpected damage happens during shipment, the insurance and the forwarder will take care.
